During the final game of the WYC Mini-Cadets, the Mongolian players Delgerbayar and Togtokh did not follow the Code of Ethics of the FMJD. As the video evidence shows, both players were only interested in the game next to them, Poretskyi – Trasko, without actually playing fairly themselves. Poretskyi won a piece and was moving towards a advantages endgame, but finally the game ended in a draw. Once this result of the game Poretskyi – Trasko was confirmed, the Mongolian players immediately agreed to a draw in order to maximize their final result, confirming 1st and possibly 3rd in the final standings. This shows that the Mongolian players did not play fairly and did not follow the FMJD Code of Conduct point 2 and the SportAccord point 4. Both indicate that players must play fairly and not fix the result.
Therefore the result of the game Delgerbayar – Togtokh should be 0-0 as result of the match fixing.
